✅️Customer service with this store was excellent!! They called to inform me that they did not have my selected flavor Fruit Smoothies and offered me another flavor, and then upgraded the size for any inconvenience!! I thought that was so kind of them. So🙄 many times I have ordered something from other places, and instead of letting me know they are out of the item they just put whatever they want in the bag, so I truly appreciate their professionalism!!🙏🏼
Oh and did I mention how delicious the Bagel with Cream Cheese is, the bagel is fresh and soft, and the smoothie is delicious as well. I will be ordering again!!

2 Fruit Smoothies and 1 Caramel Crunch Swirl to treat myself every single day just about. I'm OBSESSED! No other place around here can touch their Fruit Smoothies! And the Caram Crunch Swirlel is super yummy, loaded with caramel and whipped cream and with the espresso shot that comes in it PLUS 1 additional one, it helps to jumpstart my day with energy!

This little 'nook of Heaven' is an absolutely wonderful family-owned and operated coffee boutique with exceptional customer service. My drinks arrive looking beautiful and PERFECT every time I order from this place (which is basically, EVERY DAY!)! On Sunday of last week, I didn't realize the store closed an hour earlier than usual, at 5pm. I called around 5:30 and Farouk cheerfully answered the phone, remembered who I am and struck up a friendly conversation with me. When I inquired about placing an order for pickup, he advised that typically they close at 5 on Sundays but, that he would be more than happy to make my order for me. I mean, WOW. Most places wouldn't have bothered to answer the phone after closing and this kind gentleman not only answered, but answered cheerfully and with exceptional customer service, and went above and beyond to make this customer feel special. When I arrived just before 6pm to pick up my order, Farouk greeted me with a smile and had my drinks already made and looking beautiful for me. Yani, another employee here, is also fantastic and makes a delicious and beautiful-looking drink as well. So glad I found this little piece of Heaven in Owings Mills! I have never had a single experience with them that was less-than-perfect. You gotta try them out!! #1 coffee joint around by a mile!

Excellent coffee and food ! Very fresh and great portions ! 10/10 would highly recommend coming in the store instead of delivery they have top tier customer service . Very chill vibe inside also if you want to get some work done on your laptop or read a book . Love this place !

Love this place, they're very efficient & fast. I got a large coffee drink, the sweetness of the coffee doesn't overpower the coffee taste, and the size of the coffee is great for the price!
