Grew up with this in the south and missed it! The fries are just better than every other fast food imo. The breading is a little thick on the chicken but the flavor is good and the portions are huge. Can't go without getting the sides, I love the biscuit, mashed potatoes, & the beans are so flavorful for fast food. It's usally hot and fresh and it's a staple when I want bang for buck with actual flavor.

The chicken sandwiches are good. They have some gristle to them. I don't care for the Mashed Potatoes with Cajun Gravy. I don't like the flavor of the gravy, but that's just me. The portion size for the potatoes is very small. For $5, you only get a small portion. The food tasted fairly fresh. Not sure if I will order this exact meal again in the future.

Everything was hot and fresh! Our first time ordering from Popeyes, they did accidentally give our first order to someone else........
But that aside everything was very good and fresh!! Fries were great on their own, Biscuits were warm, the 8Pc Signature Chicken was juicy and crunchy, and the Classic Chicken Sandwich was delicious! Large portions and will be ordering again!
Loved the Frozen Lemonades too!

I was a bit skeptical based on the reviews, and never having Popeye's, but I'm so happy I ordered. I got the new Smokin' Rojo Chicken Sandwich which was crispy, juicy with the right amount of heat. I also got the 6Pc Darin' Dab Ghost Wings (Boneless) Combo which was nicely seasoned and the Mac and cheese was great as well.
