I accidentally ordered from this location instead of my usual location in Castro Valley. I thought eh it'll be the same. WRONG. The popcorn Y1. Basil Popcorn Chicken from Castro V is always fresh, juicy and tender and I've never gotten a rubbery fatty piece. The first bite from San Leandro's I-Tea was fatty and rubbery and gross. I was like maybe it's just a one off piece. Nah, the 2nd piece was also rubbery and gross. Maybe they were just having a bad night.

Passionfruit Green Tea is good for a warm and hot weather just to cool down. You also get addicted to the passion jelly with the boba more. Would order again

We normally love iTea so much. The only reason I would give it 3 stars is because, their food has been much spicier than normal. This is the third time we've ordered the calamari and the spice is too much. I love spicy food and I normally can take it but this one is not enjoyable. Also for context, I never asked them to add or lessen the spice because before, their calamari was perfectly seasoned and it was tolerable.
Besides their food being unbearable, the drinks are always amazing. Their drinks never fail for us. I'm so happy they are on Doordash! But, ordering in person is also recommended than ordering it on Doordash. I noticed that some of their items are missing here on Doordash. And it doesn't turn out the way it should look like when we order it in person. It could just be a minor thing because obviously it'll he delivered.
I would still order again here but for my peace of mind, I would need to have it say no spice on the food and keep it simple.
