I've tried to support Natalie's over the past 2 years, however they fail to improve or listen to feedback. For example, I told them one year ago that their hamburger was the saddest looking burger I have ever seen... a huge boun with a tiny patty, a small wilted piece of lettuce and a small slice of tomato. and they have the nerve to serve it open face...as-if it was something special. you can get large Angus patties at Costco for a $1.50 apiece which actually fit the large bun. Make it a double and that costs you less than $5 in ingredients. put an onion bacon jam on it, and then charge $17.. no problem.

Portion size is way too small for the price.
The food tastes good yes but will not be back because it's not worth it. We're adults not children
