I was so disappointed. The tots were extremely hard and old. I asked for the food with no onions because I am allergic to them and it was full of onions. I also paid 5.00 for ice cream and I never got it. The dasher said they didnt give him no ice cream. So it's a no for me

Dirty Frank's used to be so good! Since they moved to the campus area, the quality has gone completely down hill. Barely any toppings on some of the dogs. Very little care seems to go into quality control. With to-go orders, sometimes the toppings are in the bun with the dog and sometimes they seem to be added on top (outside of the bun) and then get folded into the foil. The food is sometimes dry, and everything seems a little slopped together. This used to be a reliable staple. Great to see a local company growing, but a bummer to see they no longer seem to care about serving quality products.

Absolutely terrible, to call this is Chicago dog is it disgrace. No snap and for some reason, my hotdogs are grey. This is coming from somebody who was born and raised in Chicago. this has nothing to do with the Chicago hot dog. This place has nothing on Portillo's, gene and judes or jimmys.
