I never leave reviews but the gluten free Chicken Lemon (Citrusy) and Margherita Pizza (Tomatoes, Buffalo Mozzerella) was absolutely amazing!! It tastes just like the real thing. The portions were HUGE and freshly made! If you have a gluten sensitivity I highly recommend! I will definitely grab another pizza before I leave town!

I have eaten Italian food from Chicago to Los Angeles, and I have not had pasta this good and probably five years. An absolute shocker. The Alfredo was perfect, the truffle had the right aroma and generally speaking I wish this place was in my hometown.

So dang good!! We will definitely be ordering again. I was a little hesitant at the portion size for price but it was deceiving. There is more than enough left for a whole another meal later. Tried the Chicken Chicken Carbonara Pasta (Classic Italian)and Fortuna (Explosion of Flavors) gluten free. The Sicilian Cannoli tho...my Italian fiance was delighted! Fantastic!

The Chicken Carbonara Pasta (GLUTEN FREE) with extra toppings was the best I've ever had. The dish was hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The portion size was extremely generous. I ordered one dish. My husband and I split it and could not finish it all. The gluten-free pasta was the best I've ever had. I will order this again and will order from Maeposas again. The best Italian in Hot Springs!
