Excellent quality in every aspect, drinks are always full and made properly, the food comes exactly as it is advertised and is always hot and fresh. Their customer service is great also they seem to actually care about their customers. As long as this is here I won't need another coffee shop

A cover / stopper for the lid would be preferred since it is riding in someone else's vehicle & would give peace of mind to tampering. Otherwise tastes good & is fresh

order green bacon melt a few weeks ago and paid for extra egg. order arrived and had zero egg on it at all. ordered it again today and paid for extra egg, at least this time I got the standard that comes on it

I feel like the portion size on the bowls have gotten smaller. I honestly have no problem paying a little extra for the good quality, but if the sizing goes down I'm not sure if it's worth it.
