I ordered the Vegan Hu Tieu with clear noodle and extra broth with a side or summer rolls. Amazingly delicious. The soup was perfect and flavorful and the summer rolls were delicious.

Bean sprouts were brown, barely any cilantro or greens, no siracha or hoisin, wasn't nearly enough to get me full (and I'm small) tendon was soggy and brown instead of clear? Going to order from the other spot in town from now on even though this place is closer to work.

Pho is great as always but this time the flank was reaaaly fatty. 50% of the flank was mostly fat

i have NEVER received meat already in the Phở broth. let alone RARE beef... the hot broth cooks the meat. I had to rush to take it out and plunge it into ice water to stop it from cooking more bc was already gray tone.
are you a franchise chain? This is inconceivable.*IF* I order from you again, I am going to have to specify for you to separate the meat because this is just not done in Vietnamese culture. again, the broth cooks the meat. it's not rare if it's been cooked already!
oh and the actual lack of the amount of broth is pathetic for the amount that was paid. even ordering extra broth barely made it what would normally be a regular size.

I only got three shrimp in my bowl, the taste of the meal was great but personally i think we should get more protein.
