Dang's is my top fav Thai joint in Saint Helens.Ihave my usual go to's but tonight tried the Thai Beef Salad and Ginger Orange Chicken.  Yummy!!! Good portions and tons of flavor.Orange Ginger Orange Chicken not sweet,but citrusy with crisp chicken.  Thai Beef Salad full of zesty veggies and tender strips of beef. New favs at Dang's!

Veggie salad rolls were wrapped well and saved for lunch the next day. Sauce good and rolls fresh. But also kinda iceberg which seldom brings joy to anyone. 

Yellow chic curry is my go to order for first times. Satisfied. Enough chicken, not sweet, sauce flavor could have been deeper.  Ordered medium hot. Will order same or hotter next time. 

Wish I had ordered extra rice. Sauce cups provided were sufficient. 

Egg rolls and fried wontons were good, the wontons being a step above the other. 

Better than expected from a food cart.

Usually I have great food but these salad rolls were extra large which made them very visually unappealing.  I waited and took them to work for lunch the next day the peanut sause is extra thick the salad rolls wrapping was alot like it was doubled or trippled
I don't know.  But hopefully it's better next time.  
Crab Rangoon (6 Pieces) I ate same day it was ok not amazing either.  Maybe it was just an off day for them ?

Absolutely great pineapple fried rice.  Loved it. Perfect heat, large chunks of pineapple, chicken tender. Wow. 

The duck curry, on the other hand, was off.  Wondering if it just doesn't sell well enough to keep fresh. I'm used to duck but this was gamey with a capital G. Won't stop me from going there again but it won't be for the duck.

The food was very bland. My soup didn't have any flavor, duck curry was all fat, larb came with lettuce mixed in so it was soggy. Salads rolls were all rice paper. Crab Rangoo (6 Pieces) was good
