Soup was tasty, came with lots of toppings and I added an egg to it. It would be better if you were able to choose the type of noodles you prefer. These noodles were thicker long white noodles. It felt like the noodles tasted bland but the broth was flavourful. It still was pretty good. I'd order again as it's nearby.

although it was fresh and decent tasting I would never order it again and the portion is Tiny I mean unless they called it like noodles and broth with a tiny bit of brisket however it's called beef brisket5. Beef Brisket Vermicelli in Soup / 桂林牛腩 and I know there's some confusion in the world about the world about what the word vermicelli means and I have had vermicelli quite a few different ways, wheat based and rice basedbut I have never had whatever these giant thick white noodles are I think they're like Chinese rice noodles they are just different from Vietnamese or western world vermicelli, but they were okay I didn't really mind them mostly I'm just mad that I spent $20 on six tiny squares of brisket

I love the beef Brisket Vermicelli soup so so so much. Its just spicy enough, flavourful, and the veg are such a nice touch.
