The Rancher Bee was good enough to get again but I'd say less lettuce, there was a lot. The Brown Sugar Latte was delish! Loved the added sugar on top.

The Build Your Hive Stack was tasty and a good size portion, but it honestly wasn't worth the price or the awful wait time coupled with the horrendous layout of the cafe. The coffee prep and register are crammed into the front of the restaurant with comfy chairs and coffee bar seating, leaving very little room for the excessive line which went out the door in the 15-20 minutes that I waited to pick up my food. With no signage indicating where to pick up pre-orders, I was forced to wait in line with people as they ordered and had their drinks prepared while they waited at the register. Most cafés have you step to the side while drinks are prepared so that the line can progress, but not at Honey Bee Café! As such, my sandwich was no longer warm by the time I picked it up.
While the sandwich was good and the Ice Coffee Large was fine, I would not want to order from this establishment again until they work out a better system for drink prep, pre-order pickup, and re-envisioning the space.

Was excited to try but abit disappointed. Mozambique Stinger was a nice size portion but a little pricey. The ground chourico in it didn't look cooked at all. The fries were hand sliced potatoes not fries and while I love those normally half were over cooked and hard like a chip and the other half had sections of the slice that were barely cooked borderline raw. Maybe just an off day so I'll try again.

Breakfast sandwich on croissant was delish bacon was crisp not soggy. Brown Sugar Latte was made perfectly!

Breakfast bagel was exceptionally well, wish I had gotten it toasted and had it warmed but overall the flavors were there. The Brown Sugar Latte had just the right amount of sweetness that I personally like. Took my chance on this place and after my 1st inital impression I will be coming back for more!
