Maudeen’s Center-Cut Filet is the best steak I've ever had and that is not an exaggeration. it's tender, the flavor is great, and it's cooked just right. the truffle Parmesan fries are also very good, although I haven't seen any evidence of any truffle.

It's been about 6 months since I last had this steak off the menu, it's always been a decent steak for the price and the perfect portion size...tender and juicy even at medium. I think their supplier or quality of meat has changed. The filet I ordered this time was so full of hard grizzle that it was completely unchewable even at medium rare. Didn't even look like the center cut I normally get. Hoping I just got one bad piece and this will not become the norm, but wouldn't want to to spend more money just to find out

I ordered the Dinner-size Classic Chop Steak and the portion and toppings were abundant...and SCRUMPTIOUS! The side of Garlic Mashed Potatoes was delicious and not skimpy, too! The dinner included a Dinner Caesar Salad which was also tasty and not skimpy! I also ordered an a la carte side of Herb Rice - again, a decent portion and tasted heavenly, especially if you love all kinds of rice as I do! I was extremely impressed with this meal and plan to order from them again!

I ordered Pat's Ribeye steak well done because I'm pregnant, and it came medium. I have to literally save it until I feel like cooking it more if I'm going to eat it at all. The potato was so dry. It didn't have any butter on it at all or sour cream. Luckily, I'm at home, so I put butter and sour cream myself. I shouldn't have to do that when paying $40 for a steak and sides. The salad was so wack. I'd except a better Caesar salad with fresh Parmesan from a restaurant like salt grass. The entire meal is undercooked, dry, and underwhelming. The Seafood Fondeaux has a tang to is that isn't usually there, and the bread for it was burnt, thus making the combination taste sour and burnt. I haven't tried the Carrot Cake yet, because I'm so over this meal. It looks like it may be good. I won't order here anymore. I spent almost $90 on a horrible dinner.

Everything was amazing. The BBQ Pork Ribs literally fell off the bone, and the Gulf Coast Steak & Shrimp was cooked exactly how I asked.
