Unfortunately, When ordering via an app and not in person, you are given poor quality food. the meat is chewy and grisly. The guac is of their oldest batch. It honestly a shame. But if you go in person, you get high quality meals and proper portions that you pay extra for.

Ordered Guac, got less than a chip's worth. Ordered large Chips and got a bag of crumbs I couldn't even scoop. Ordered double sofritas and got less than a normal scoop.
I've never had an issue with an order at chipotle before but this one was abysmal.

My rice was not cooked completely. Normally, it's really really good and today it just wasn't and it was mostly because of the rice. I also asked for extra meat and I did not get extra meat. I got the bare minimum of meat.

The burrito bowl was good but barely filled for the price of almost $20. I've ordered this before and was satisfied with the amount, but notice it is not consistant. I didn't get my money's worth today.

What happened to the Chips & Guacamole today? You always have the best guacamole, but it was not good at all today. I had very large chunks of cilantro and the avocado tasted off. It was very unusual. Please fix this issue.
