The item was advertised with both a photo and description showing that the bubble tea included bubbles, but when I received it, there were NO bubbles at all. I called the store to clarify, and they insisted that I ‘must have misread’ the listing. They refused to offer any real solution and were rude and dismissive during the call. Bad quality, largely filled with water and not acutal milk tea. You can literally taste the flavor for water and almost no flavor for milk/milk tea
