I've never written a review before. I know this place is a neighborhood treasure. The food was terrible in an indefensible way. I ordered chips and they were soft and soggy. Might have been ok if they cooked them long enough. I hope this was an off day. I won't order again.

I didn't receive the gravy that IHamburger Steak paid 2.50 extra for. So no gravy for the things I wanted it for. Otherwise, they have good food.

Since I can't make any comments, I was disappointed that the mashed potatoes had gravy on them. There was no mention of gravy when ordering the mashed potatoes.
