A few less fries than I expected, but honestly just as much as I needed lol. Finished pleasantly full. Burger WAS a tad dry, but the mayo and ketchup provided fixed that issue easily. had enough pickles for the whole burger and the onion wasn't overwhelming. Def a good first experience.

Fabulous food! Great staff! Food is always hot and fresh. They package it up well too. You can get the strips fried or grilled. We love both! The cheesy grits are to die for!

The Peel & Eat Shrimp Cocktail is the best I've ever had! And the shrimp are huge. The Baked Potato is a steak house style potato, cover in salt and delicious! The *Tavern Cheeseburger is one of my husband's favorites. We've eaten with Hickory Tavern many times over the years, and they rarely ever misstep. I can highly recommend them, wether you're having delivery or eating at the restaurant. Their service is excellent and they have a nice selection of beers on tap. Definitely our favorite restaurant in the burg. Thank you DoorDash and Hickory Tavern, and happy holidays to you!

The BBQ Chicken Nachos (Large) are amazing. They were loaded and they didn't skimp out for the price. It was hot and fresh. I would order it a million times.

The wings are humongous and delicious, and the Nachos Deluxe (Small) are perfection! We eat here about once a week and almost always get this same order. Rarely do they have an off night.
