i didn't know what to expect, but one bite and I was impressed. Vegan cheese is a challenge for many places and getting the quantity right is even harder. This was just absolutely wonderful. I might have to order it again!

Well, the pizza was not that bad. And honestly it comes down to what your personal preference is. Me I love deep dish pizzas cooked a certain way. Hints me doing the food review on this one. 1) a little doughy and raw on the inside. Not much, and that explains the light sauce and light cheese. It cooks better with less toppings. I say leave it in the oven 2 more minutes. Like you would a microwave and yes it will make a big difference. However 2) the crisp was there around the edges. With a splash of oven taste, that's a plus! The portion size of the pizza is way too small for almost $30. I understand you can argue the quality, but in this case you can't! Why ? I will tell you a little later. 3) I really am concerned on the ranch. Either the ranch is spoiled and sour or so much ranch was mixed with a little sour cream and one or two other spices to make it their own house sauce. Don't recommend! 4) now it looks like it's latter, the sauce! The sauce is not like Pizza Hut, domino's, little ceasers, it's like. UNO pizza, uno pizza back in the 90s and early 2000s . The sauce taste exactly like UNO pizza back then. The sauce does have a more tomato based consistency. Like more than the other sauces. I prefer a much heavier, rich thick like pizza sauce. Almost like old fashioned, or similar to when your Italian grandmother would make you spaghetti or lasagna.
I would give it another try, I just had to see what all the hype was. Mainly watching grub with Mike, this the second one he recommended and I am sure and ain't feeling the hype. The first one was smash burgers, over rated.

If you're looking for really hefty deep-dish crust ... this is the place for you. The crust is bready and delicious. A perfect appetizer
The pie is approximately 12 X 12.
If you're looking for more traditional pizza, however ... with lots of ooey -gooey cheese and toppings ... not so much. It was quite tasty but it wasn't what I was expecting and I was somewhat disappointed.
Excellent for carb loading and appetizers but i prefer more protein for lunch or dinner.

pizza was burnt and tiny. this is not a great pizza. this will neither satisfy a craving for Grandma slices nor Detroit style.
Szechuan Wings were decent but I wish they had a sauce that matches. not enough to overcome the burnt pizza.
will not order again.

Great pie, a bit like focaccia but much richer. Don't be deceived by the size. With a side salad definitely enough for 2.
