The Chicken & Avocado Wrap was excellent. Mermaid Drank Smoothie and Funky Monkey Smoothie were both delicious. The Bruschetta Avocado Toast is a must try. Will definitely be ordering from here again in the future.

Food was easy to order and ready quickly. It was good value. The Chicken Avocado Salad was okay - just shredded lettuce, light tomato and light cucumber. Chicken and avocado on the salad were good. Came with the wrong dressing. The wrap was a good size and tasty.

KEYS STAPLE!!! AWESOME SANDWICHES, AMAZING SMOOTHIES AND FRUIT BOWLS!!! They also offer awesome deli meats and cheeses for an AMAZING price!! Best Subs in the upper keys!! Highly recommend the prosciutto avocado toast and the Island Turkey

My favorite healthy lunch spot! My favorites are every type of the avocado toasts, the açaí bowls and their meatball sub. Very affordable and great portions.
