I don't cone here often as I don't live in Salem but I have to say, the food is excellent and the service even better. It is a hot day today and my dogs are in the car with me. I called Love Love on Liberty Rd and the lady was so nice and offered to bring my order out to me because I didn't want to leave my dogs in my car even for a couple minutes. I am grateful!

The Hot Chicken with Gyoza is kind of a hit and miss, sometimes it's spicy other times it's not. When it's spicy, it is absolutely amazing! This time was no spice at all. Very disappointed.

Chicken was overcooked and most pieces burnt. Tempura had a heavy breading liked used on bar food; they didn't use the traditional tempura batter typically used in Japanese cuisine. Food had no flavor. The egg-rolls were bland; tasted old. Unfortunately this will not be our go-to. Don't waste your money here.

The Hot Chicken with Gyoza is outstanding! The spicy chicken has amazing flavor! I order it every time!!

I ordered pickup, food was hot, fresh and delicious! Huge portions, I got the Teriyaki Chicken with Gyoza combo. Had enough for next days lunch and still have some chicken leftover.
