The chicken Parm was not good. It was dry and hard to cut. It was expensive. There were two very thin pieces that were not good. And a tiny bit of pasta.

Extremely disappointed. I threw most of it away. You can tell that they fry the cutlets ahead of time and keep them in the fridge, covered by oily or wet paper towels. The breading was all white, the meat, which clearly was reheated with the other items of the Saltimbocca, was chewy. Something tasted not right about it all. What a waste. Why is it so hard to just fry up cutlets to order and make a nice, fresh dish?

Cappellini Di Angelo Alla Paganos is fabulous. Generous portion, great flavors. Pasta Fagioli Pint is also delicious.
