The chicken is very very good... think the best rotisserie chicken you have ever had... it was juicy, perfectly cooked, and well seasoned. The queso and chips were also good. The chips are thick.

0/10 Double Chicken Tostada was dry meat was flavorless reminded me of frozen meat. Chips & Queso Blanco was NOT wroth the $6.99 2 large bags of chip to less then 4 Oz of queso. The double chicken bowl is better. The only thing worth ordering again from this order was the 2 Churros, they were soft and perfect 👌 amount of cinnamon and sugar.

This was our first time eating Pollo Loco. We ordered the 8 piece family meal with beans and Macaromi and cheese. Our meal came with chips and multiple different salsas (amazing all of them) as well as 8 corn or flour tortillas. WOW!!! Literally every item was delicious and had wonderful flavor!!!
The chicken was some of the best chicken we have EVER had - juicy, flavorful and well proportioned. Mac & cheese was cheesy and had great flavor (unlike others that taste like cardboard). The beans, oh the beans...they were on point! They tasted just like homemade beans that cooked all day. This will be our definite go to without a doubt!!! Thank you Pollo Loco for making very tasty quality food!!

It was OK, I think the price for a small side for the amount you get is too much. The amount of salsa you get versus chips you get again, not worth it. The chicken was OK, a little dry. The pumpkin churros were good.

The chicken is mediocre. The rice taste like it was from a microwave with strong artificial cilantro taste. The beans had no flavor. The pico is good.Packaging is good. I would not order again. The portion was as stated.
