Kusshi absolutely delivers when it comes to sushi classics. The Philadelphia roll is rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced — the creamy salmon and crisp cucumber hit that ideal contrast that keeps each bite super satisfying. The California roll is just as impressive, fresh and clean with great texture, and you can tell they use quality ingredients.
Both rolls offer excellent value for the price. Portion sizes are generous, the presentation is on point, and the taste is consistently great. Kusshi makes these staples feel elevated without overcomplicating them.

I ordered the Kusshi Seared Salmon Nigiri, Yellowtail (Hamachi) Nigiri, and the Spicy Tuna & Cucumber Roll. The rice was hard, and undercooked. The cooked sushi was in the same bag as the raw so everything was warm and tasted worse.

Unfortunately the rice was stale and tasted crunchy and bland. Not how it tasted when we ate in the restaurant. Salmon wasn't torched enough

Sushi was solid and Tonkotsu Ramen [L] broth was great.
