Not pizza. At least, not pizza to someone from the east coast. I'm struggling with the Arkansas style pizza in Wichita. The cheese was thick and chewy like a rubber band. Not melt in your mouth. The sauce, well, the sauce was non-existent. Should be oozing. Sauce makes the pizza. And the crust was neither crisp, nor doughy. I think locals like this style, but not for me. To be fair, it was warm and quick to receive. Just not in the range of something I would call pizza.

Had the Italian Toasty and a Caesar side salad. Both were excellent. Sandwich was a little smaller than expected but again-was really good. Would've been nice if they would've sent a fork for the salad and some napkins though.

Ziggy's is normally great, but they were off their game this time. Pizza dough wasn't rolled out well and shrank considerably. Italian toasty sandwich was scorched and came without the marinara dipping sauce, and if there was any Italian dressing it wasn't enough to cover the burnt taste.
Maybe they're struggling with new kitchen staff like everyone else.

My pizza was burned to a crisp and my brownie didn't come with the ice cream like the picture. I called Ziggys and they said "its not burned, we just switched cheese". I've been traveling for 10 hours today and just wanted a good meal. Very disappointed.
