All of the croissants I ordered on Monday were clearly leftover from Friday. So stale they were powdery. Very disappointed! Ordered for a special breakfast and it was a total flop. Baguette was rubbery and wrapped in plastic. Gone are the days when today's selection is freshly baked.

I love this shop, but they need to be more transparent with ordering online. The Eclair I ordered was "out of stock" and I only received 7 of the 8-Pack macarons I ordered. The Tiramisu Cup seems to be OK. I did receive a refund for the Eclair but not the $2 cookie they didnt add to the oder. I am super disappointed with the lack of communication and the process to ensure an order is filled properly.
