Really disappointed with my experience. We paid for a full order, including extra add-ons that cost additional money, and still did not receive everything that was ordered. It’s frustrating to spend extra for items and then realize they were never packed in the bag. Accuracy and attention to detail matter, especially with takeout. Hoping management takes this seriously and improves their service moving forward.
On top of that, I’m also disappointed in DoorDash for the lack of reasonable avenues to receive credit or properly resolve the issue through their site. Customers shouldn’t have to jump through hoops just to fix an order that was incorrect from the start. Accuracy, accountability, and customer service all matter. Unfortunately, this has not been the first instance of error on their part.
