Araya's Place is my favorite restaurant in Seattle. Everything I've gotten here is delicious, especially the noodle and tofu dishes. Good portions, decent prices, calm and quiet atmosphere. Would give 6/5 stars if I could.

Araya's Place is the best! The Green Curry was tasty and a great dish for cold season! I was really happy that the vegetables were cooked perfectly firm and not undercooked or overcooked as sometimes I get either crunchy/raw tasting or mushy vegetables when ordering curry. Great job!

food was fine but they barely cut veggies and added large pieces of zucchini (1/4 the of it as a veggie), whole asparagus, large flotets which could be cut into three which was very frustrating. I had purchased lunch for parents and it was annoying to have to see them deal with it.
avoid the vegetable cakes as they are very oily and doughy

A laughably small amount of tofu (like less than 1/4 block), the noodles were a big blob when it arrived, and it was SO spicy (I chose 3/10!!!)

The food from here is lovely! Always quick to deliver as well. The reason I didnt give 5 stars is because the last two times I've ordered, it's been a bit of a let down. Twice the 51. Cashew Delight has had a very small portion size, like, almost less than half of the shallow container. As well, the heat level is different each time. This time a 3 wasnt very spicy at all. This time it was so hot at a 3, I couldn't even eat it and I'm a fan of spicy foods.! With this restaurant charging a bit higher price than others, I would love to see the spice levels be consistent and some of the portions be bigger.
