Taste good but it's More soup than anything , hardly any noodles and chicken . I got the bowl for a reason

The first 3 times that ordered the Deluxe Chicken and Fries, both were perfect. Fourth time the fry cup was only half full. Fifth time there was an excessive wait and the food was cold, and today the sandwich was missing sauce and the pickle. Going to take a break from this place.

This is to flag the issues with the grilled chicken in the sandwich. Something was very off about it. Like it wasn't cooked properly. It was tough and rubbery. I took two bites for good measure and then decided to take the grilled chicken out of the sandwich. The texture was not right! This was a first for me. I think that's why it was all the more noticeable to me. Everything else was fine but the sandwich is the central part of the meal!
