Eggplant parm grinder was loaded and had lots of melted cheese and a great tasting sauce. The grinder was a good size and arrived hot and fresh. My only issue wish the eggplant was a bit crispy overall excellent value and price

Overall, our experience was unpleasant. The fries were cold and tasted like they'd sat around a while. I was really looking forward to my Rufino's Original Italian Panini but they forgot the best part of the sandwich-the sharp provolone! My husband said his Buffalo chicken wrap was good and the stuffies were really good. The biggest issue was the delivery time- it took almost double the original promised time of 45 minutes. When I called to check on the order they said it would be here "any second" but even then it was at least another 10 minutes.

Honestly this place has great food but even the previous location that has since closed down was a mess, if you can fulfill orders maybe take yourself off of a deliver app or assign it to a dasher..
