Everything was wonderful! The BEER CHEESE PRETZELS are amazing! The RICKHOUSE RIBEYE is so tender and perfectly seasoned awesome! The 10 CLASSIC BONE-IN WINGS are unbelievably flavorful! The portions are very generous! Everything is hot and fresh! Thank you, big whiskey for making sure our dinner was perfect

The AMERICA'S FAVORITE TACOS are amazing! When they say "stuffed with chicken" they aren't kidding and the chicken itself tastes SO good. Lots flavor. Same goes for the FAJITA WRAP. Only criticism we could give was we wish there was a way to add on sides of that southwest ranch. Couldn't get enough of it!

Probably the worst DoorDash experience we've had and we order frequently. Were excited to try big whiskey after all the raves. While I understand having food delivered is not nearly as good as eating it in the restaurant, this was the biggest waste of $70 bucks in my life. I ordered the sampler. No blue cheese crumbles on the wontons. The wontons were rock hard. No ranch. No sauce. Fried pickles were soggy and wet. No sauce for those. Mozzarella sticks were also hard as a brick. No sauce. Buffalo dip was hard as a rock the top half because it's all old food that had been sitting and sitting and sitting. My husband got a steak, loaded potato, salad. They put the salad at the very bottom of the bag so naturally it was hot and wilted. Rookie move. The steak was severely over cooked and not even a hair of salt and or pepper. Nothing. Baked potato which we paid for, loaded, came with no butter. No sour cream and again it all looked like it was cooked 5 hours ago. 0/10.

Delicious, cooked to the right temperature Medium. Great seasoning very fresh. And the portion is perfect for me. A little pricey but totally worth the spend. And I would totally order this again.

The food has all been excellent. We have ordered the steak, chicken, pretzels, buffalo chicken alfredo, chicken tenders, fries, loaded baked potato, homemade chips, loaded mashed potatoes, and a friend had the grouper tacos. The portions are more than generous, even for sides. Steaks were cooked as ordered as well.
My only real complaint is that for 3 times I have ordered To-Go drinks, my dasher has been told each time there wasn't a drink even though it clearly says so in the receipt and my order through the app. The Spanish rice literally had zero flavor and was the equivalent of store bought, but all other sides were great!
We order a lot and eat at the restaurant as well!
