This was my second time ordering from MoonRunners this week. I was very impressed with my first order that I had to try something else. I got the Moonrunners Salad(Small) with sliced sirloin and balsamic vinaigrette. It was so fresh & the steak was cooked perfectly! They even put the steak in a separate container so it wouldn't wilt the lettuce, how thoughtful! It is a little pricey but you get what you pay for. Where else on DoorDash can you get a grass fed steak in our area?! Or a steak that's cooked exactly how you requested it with no issues? In my opinion there's no where else.
Thank you for bringing these options to the Dunn area! I plan on reordering this week.

I ordered the speakeasy salad which clearly states steak but apparently you have to choose the protein for extra $ when you order. I paid extra for basically a side salad, when the description states steak and to choose how you want it cooked. Very deceiving.

We usually love Moonrunners. Tonight, all three of us were disappointed. The flounder looked and tasted like it was frozen breaded/processed. The crab dip had a really weird flavor and ehh like texture, almost like it was cut with eggs. We usually love the shrimp and grits, but it was inconsistent. Did not taste like it always does. The burger was dry. Mac and cheese was great, but could have used a little more seasoning (salt especially). Caesar was decent. Just fell short tonight, unfortunately.

So, the Mac and cheese was bland with no seasoning to it , which was a little bit of a shocker because the greens did have a ton of seasoning but were so spicy. I of course say this only because I have a neurological condition and am far more sensitive to certain spices and such. I was kind of upset with choosing the peach bbq sauce for the ribs, there was zero indication that it was a spicy sweet. Needless to say the only items I could tolerate was the hushpuppies and corn nuggets ( without the sauce ).
