We made a large group order for work. They provided no labeling on any of the boxes to determine which items belonged to the correct person. We have allergy and health considerations and this creates an issue. Other vendors have been able to provide labeling for items in sterile packaging.

I'd never had anything from Firehouse Subs before, but I'm a big fan of Meatball Subs. I keep seeing that yours are the best in the US, so I just had to try one out. Oh my word! They're the best I've ever had! Incredible!

we ordered 4 subs. all came with provalone and we asked for additional pepper jack cheese. The cheese was mostly transparent on the subs so no way was this additional cheese. Called store and they said they did put it on there. I have pictures of how invisible cheese is. If you do order....DO NOT pay for any extras. So very disappointed in this place.

Both of my sandwiches looked like this, in total there is probably 1 slice of ham on the entire sandwich and a few scraps of turkey if that.
