The brocolli was missing but it was delicious as always. I don't think he noticed a missing vegetable

I purchased two orders of baby back half slabs with Dave's regular sauce,  as a dinner for two. In both cases the ribs were so salty as to be almost inedible. The person with whom I was dining is a culinary school grad and he was taken aback by how salty the ribs were. They were also dry. This is the second time I've experienced a quality failure at this location. Last time the ribs were almost devoid of meat. Will look for other options.

Really bad taste, ribs and brisket out of time for sure (so hard) food that suposed to be cold, was warm because they packaged the cold and hot food together. No extra sauce and I paid for it, no forks, no knife no napkins. The only good thing was the muffin.

We ordered the all American meal for our party and was very disappointed. We were missing our mashed potatoes, beans, fries, bbq sauce, and utensils and napkins. I ordered everything with sauce on it and it did not have sauce. The ribs and brisket were very bland and dry. Would not order again.

Charged $6 for a small fountain soda. We thought we were getting a 2 liter.
