I got a Burrito Bowl and had to search for the rice and did not get any black beans. All of the toppings were sparse. The bowl wasn't even full. I also ordered Chips & Queso Blanco and literally only got 10-15 small chip fragments. The bag was like 1/8 full. The only thing I got enough of was the queso. I can't believe I paid more than $20 for this meal. I expect better quality from a restaurant that prides itself on customer service, but this was really bad.

Got my food my Burrito Bowl was full I got the honey chicken it was so good! Normally I would get the bear minimum of food so I'm really happy thanks guys

The Burrito Bowl barely had any carne asada and I paid for double. The rice was hard and the veggies were charred. I got delivery through DoorDash because I am sick and dont have the energy to leave the house. I'll have to find a different lunch

This location is awful! I've tried several times to order. Big clumps of hard rice and very little chicken in my bowl.

I don't rate this chipotle overall as terrible bc i get it often n usually always love it, but it was my worst experience yet. My bowl is typically small bc i don't get a ton, just chicken + 3 toppings. This time there was seriously like 5 pieces of chicken in the bowl & not worth the $10 it cost!!
