Burger was burnt and the chicken taste like it was sitting for a few hours the only good thing was the fries

These are my drinks fresh out of the brown bag they were packed in for the DoorDash pickup order I placed.
Not only are they 2/3 full, but I paid for an extra "scoop" of pearls. They *might* contain the normal 2 scoops. They definitely don't have 3 of the scoops in each one.
$12+ for 2 drinks is unacceptable when this is the result. It's already a little crazy -- but when they hand this over -- it's another level of crazy.
