This fried rice didn’t just hit, it rewrote history. I’m talking about rice so perfectly cooked, each grain acting like it got individually mentored by a Michelin star chef. No clumps, no nonsense just straight discipline. The eggs? Fluffy like they trained in the mountains for 10 years. The flavor? Ridiculous. Like somebody turned the “taste” setting all the way up and broke the knob off.
And don’t even get me started on the pan-fried noodles.
These things came in with layers. Crispy on the outside like they got a black belt in texture, soft on the inside like they know how to treat you right. Every bite had that crunch then chew combo that makes you pause mid-meal and rethink your life decisions. Like, why am I not eating this every day?

Quality of the ingredients was nice but the flavor was lacking in all of the dishes.
Orange Chicken was barely sweet and had no heat.
Kung Pao Chicken had virtually no "Pow" to it.
Mongolian Chicken was barely spicy.
I can't see ever craving this but it might be ok for your parents if they like bland food. The flavors were ok but these 3 dishes should all have varying levels of heat and they basically didn't. That one fix would change the food from a 5 to an 8 out of 10 here.
