I was blown away by the quality and the taste of my burger! Charred in the best way with perfect accoutrements. 10/10 of course the fries were fire. So glad that they are open again. A gem for our neighborhood. xx

The Wood Grilled Double Cheeseburger* is such a fantastic value. For the equivalent price nowadays of one of the big chains' marquee single patty burger, you get a much higher quality double patty burger that actually tastes freshly made to order. 999999/10, would definitely order again.

This is the hidden gem of Arcadia and I'm so happy they are back. The burgers are amazing, the mixed fries are truly chefs kiss!! I crave the au gratin potatoes and steak or chicken. It's the perfect keto diet spot as well. I do chicken and add shrimp skewers with broccoli and it's delicious and tastes homemade! I'm really excited to try some of their new breakfast items.
If you haven't tried it, you're missing out.

Wait time was inexcusable.
So many people within the business and not one offered to assist for over five minutes:
Burger was not cooked properly & was cold to the touch.
My baked potato did not come as menu described. I ended up having to pay for the toppings that should've come with the item order.

Let us just start with we LOVE this place!
But, tonight was a train wreck!
They didn't send the bag of their 8lbs of "The Good Ice"- that was a real disappointment since it was why we ordered from there tonight :-/
The Wood Grilled Cheeseburger* was delicious but they forgot the awesome sauce on the side - sad :-/
The Crispy Brussel Sprouts were cold and had WAY too much salt tonight!
The Potato Gratin was great - they were warm and delicious as usual!
The Grinder looked delicious but the bread was rock hard
Tonight wasn't good! You only have once to make a first impression- luckily we have ordered from here's number of times and have always been thrilled!
