I used to think pizza, burritos, and subs were the ultimate comfort foods—until I ordered Albee’s NY Gyros. This place is an absolute game-changer. The Beef and Lamb Gyro? Sensational. The texture is so unbelievably tender it practically melts in your mouth like butter. Rich, flavorful, perfectly seasoned—every bite is a masterclass in how a gyro should be made.
And then there’s the falafel—crispy, golden, beautifully spiced, and downright addictive. You’d think a meal this satisfying would leave you feeling stuffed and sluggish, but no—it’s filling, but light, balanced, and perfectly portioned.
I took a chance on this place, and let me tell you—they absolutely delivered. After this? Burritos, subs, and pizza? Dead to me. Albee’s just set the gold standard.

The 1/2 Lb. Garlic Fries were well seasoned, and 4 Dolmas were yummy. The Gyro meat was pretty salty, but ok. I'm most disappointed that I paid 2 dollars for a tiny Tzatziki sauce container. That's like a dollar for every tablespoon just for Tzatziki... I shouldn't have paid more than 50 cents for that. It wasn't enough to dip fries and add to the gyro, which could have used more sauce. Kinda disappointed.

These folks always take care of us! 3 different gyros, all made differently and all 3 always correct! extra meat just because we asked,the Tzatziki Sauce is so so good,its always a treat for us!

The gyro was great but the 1/2 Lb. Garlic Fries looked as though half the order was missing. I didn't get to snap a picture before my family ate them though. For $7.50 I would have expected a healthy portion. I wouldn't order the fries again. They were also very soggy.

Might be good for eugene, but I was a little diswith the Gyro. Somewhat dry, flavors felt off, the Tzatziki Sauce sauce was weirdly water-y. Meat didnt really have much flavor. Quantity of food was great, very large servings
