EVERYTHING was FANTASTIC !!! From the Shrimp Alfredo that arrived @ just the right temperature, to the care that was taken in packing my dinner where I not only received eating utinsels but you also provided the bread with the oil separately packaged...I truly appreciated that. Honestly not that impressed for a $20 pasta I've had better and the 4 dollar chicken add on only had like two slivers and there's barely any sauce on it but the lava chocolate cake was good

Very poor order accuracy and quality. Mediterranean Vegetable salad was missing all the vegetables, the fettuccini Alfredo had very little Alfredo and was bland with overcooked pasta. Only included 2 stale pieces of bread for 3 entrees. Quality is awful and expensive.

The alfredo was not warm and the sauce was solid like from a can? I recieved two small pieces of bread that were cold and hard, maybe it wasn't thawed ? The shrimp were cooked at least but then the $9 salad was not even a handful of lettuce.
They definitely stiff you if you order takeout

I typically LOVE ordering from BRAVO! But this time, I ordered the "buy one get one free" Pasta Bravo lunch special & it was embarrassing to see the "Ity bity, tiny scoop-full" of pasta that they had in each container. The two portions added together would not equal the typical entree size & would not be able to fill one container. Secondly — my very favorite pasta that I typically order — the Fra Diavolo was tasteless & bland. The pasta noodles were soggy & overcooked, yet they were dryish & watery because there was almost no sauce on the noodles. I also love this dish because it is typically spicy & delicious, but this portion was not spicy & was tasteless due to the extremely minimal sauce. I had to add my own seasoning just to make it digestible and edible. I basically just ate seasoned watery noodles. The food quality should not decrease that severely simply because it is lunchtime & not peak dinner hours. I'm hoping that it was just a bad day for them.
