Skip the Pecan Bar, Honey Butter Bar, and the rest of the bars entirely. They have thick shortbread base that is dry and unpleasant.

The Pollo on GF bread is always a little dry (as GF often is), but not crumbly. Knowing it's always dry, I asked to add roasted shallots, but there wasn't any on it. Oddly sometimes it comes with mayo, and sometimes just pesto. This time it had mayo, but it was still pretty dry. The pesto is delicious when they put a decent amount on it, but there was only one bite where I could really taste it. The chicken is like a dry chicken salad, but tasty enough. The arugula is always fresh. I'll order it again for a simple meal but it's not my favourite. It's filling enough but it's a pretty small sandwich for nearly $20, too.
The Mocha, however, was pretty gross. It tasted like weak coffee with a very faint memory of chocolate. It has that nearly sour milk kind of taste to it, too. I ordered it with whip and there wasn't any on it. It was also only 3/4 of the way full, which this time was fine since it was so bad.
Today was a miss, but I'll order from here again (just never the mocha).
