Overall, It was good. I ordered with less sugar and still was too sweet for my taste. The portion was perfect, although the medium size in other places is a small size. Boba was great, was fresh. And I would definitely order it again.

#brown sugar milk tea
Perfect drink. Amount of sweetness is adequate for me with the Less Sugar option. I use boba pearls so Regular Sugar is simply too sweet for me. I appreciate the use of ice also. The brown sugar flavor is minimal but again, I like this. So the drink is much more milky than other options. Again, I enjoy my drink but it's not traditional. I get the large size. Enough pearls for the entire drink. I will order again.

Everything I ordered from the place was delicious. The  Avocado Milk Tea was a very pleasant surprised. I thought it sounded interesting so of course I had to order it. The drink did not disappoint! The Classic Chia Pudding arrived beautifully presented and also tasted as good as it looked. The Camila's Hazelnut Toast was also great as well. Overall would recommend ordering from Boba and Eats!

The Mocha Viet Coffee is supreme!
The Avocado Toast came just like the picture and was fresh/green. Delicious savory breakfast option.

The acai bowl tasted spoiled, like they used overly ripe fruit in the base and fresh fruit on top to cover it up. Disappointing.
