If they aren't giving Missy employee of the month, they should be. She always makes sure my food is prepared and packaged so perfectly, and she's so sweet and accommodating. Steak tips and rice were perfect, salad was perfect. Everything was wonderful as always.

The manager on duty, Missi(I believe is what her name was) was so wonderful and accomodating with my order and wanted changes. Not being able to come in and get a salad from the salad bar can be difficult for those of us who can't/don't drive, but she was so sweet by accommodating me and making my salad the way I like it. I did not have the best experience at the other Hoss's in East York, but I have had nothing but good experiences here at the one in West York. Hoss's has always been my favorite restaurant since I was a kid, and the team here always delivers. I wish I'd have taken pictures, but everything was perfect and absolutely wonderful

steak at gristle all the way through it more than half was gristle a baked potato was cold and hard like it had been since I've ordered from here multiple times and never had a meal this bad from here don't know if I'll try again!
