Bonnie C's is a local gem among the detritus of chain restaurants that litter Slidell's culinary thoroughfare. They have some of the very best red beans & rice I've ever eaten. Their pork chop is cooked low and slow, so it just melts in your mouth.
Plus, in this age of greedflation on top of inflation, Bonnie C's hasn't changed its very reasonable prices. You really can't find a tastier meal with such great value anywhere.

the Jambalaya Pasta is sooo delicious. I love the flavor and the spices. it was a large portion and cane witha little slice of french bread. the seafoodin the pasta is fresh an of a good size. I'd definitely oorder this again and again.

The food arrived quickly, and it was still hot. There are pieces of sausage in the beans and rice as well as two pieces of sausage on the side in the container with the cornbread. The cornbread is fresh and very tasty. I would highly recommend Bonnie C's for their red beans and rice with meat.

Always delicious-everything I have gotten from here is fab. Love the Jambalaya Pasta, Chicken Parm po-boy(ordered today), the sauce on the crawfish pies is amazing! This is the Birthday lunch pick every year for the whole office.

Bonnie'C service was above and beyond. Red Beans & Meat was very good. Bonnie'C is my favorite restaurant. They chocolate cake is to die for.
