A Gem to be treasured. Kind and considerate staff that create some very delicious food. If you haven't tried their Red Oil Lamb Hand Stretch Noodle with an order of BBQ Lamb, it's my Favorite. Enjoy :)

The Mapo Tofu had a lot of flavor- I was surprised to see a lot of peppers in it but also lots of pork and a good serving. The Xi'an Steamed Cold Noodle was tangy, fresh, and perfectly cooked. The BBQ Lamb (2) was a little spicy and VERY cumin forward which isn't my preference but still pretty good. Finally my favorite, Delicious Pork Sandwich -the pork is flavorful and the pancake type bread it's in is very good. Will always order.

I am grateful they were willing to substitute the Red Oil Lamb Ramen noodles for rice noodles; however, everything else was just ok or less than ok. The Red Oil Lamb Ramen broth was not flavorful or spicy. The broth was very runny and bland. The Kimchi was mostly radish and not cabbage, and the Egg was over cooked.
Overall I would not order from them again.

The Peking Zha Jiang Noodle I ordered was well enjoyed. There are many versions of this type dish. This one was one was on the lighter side with the black bean bitter/savory taste. These are lo mein noodles, and lots of them, but I thought there was enough gravy to make it flavorful throughout. Easily could have saved 1/2 for leftovers.. but I did not.

Seaweed Salad was tasty. However the pan fried dumplings were rather small and honestly not a lot of flavor Biang Biang Noodles weren't bad, but not amazing. Kind of a strange dish honestly. Also, I paid for EXTRA beef, and if that was the extra portion, I would hate to know what just the regular portion is.
