Finally a real NYC style bagel place in NYC. Chicago has literally the worst bagels I've ever had in a major city so I'm beyond thrilled to have such a great bagel place come to the city. I'm from NYC so this has been one of my major complaints along with no idea about the BEC and put aoli nonsense and cheese cheese on Bacon Egg and Cheese.
Crazy that a bagel shop has a $300mm valuation but their focus on a simple menu and executing is next level

As someone who loves NY bagels and has long been unimpressed with bagels in Chicago, I'm a fan. I got the 3 Pack of Bagels & 1 Schmear The portion of the tub of schmear is generous. The bagels were very fresh - thick and fluffy inside, with a thin more crisp outside. Would definitely order again!

The bagels tasted watered down. The cream cheese was amazing. Whipped fresh! Would love different flavors of cream cheeses.
