Bill's was my favorite spot when I was living down in the Rose Garden, and I'm so happy they've spread north. Super solid breakfast food in that sweet spot of, not super divey diner and not some avant-garde hippie vegan spot. Top notch mimosas and omelettes. Seven thumbs up.
(Ask for the hash browns crispy. Game changer.)

Wow! My mini crab benedict was so delicious and made perfectly with my request for a soft poached egg, I added spinach to order along with hash browns and Bill did not disappoint. I absolutely enjoyed my breakfast today, 2/27/26.

so I decided to try the Morning Quesadilla again after the horrible one I had last time. this time it was made perfectly. sliced flour tortillas filled with the egg, black beans, onions, bacon. it was made the correct way and was well worth it.Huevos Ranchero was also very good. only had small bites but seemed very good.

I loved my food from Bill's! The BLT was made perfectly as were the soup and potato
salad! It also came with huge spear pickles on the side that pulled it all together for a satisfying meal.

Lots and lots of love for Bill's Cafe. I have ordered from them several times and their Smoked Salmon Benedict* is always well packaged with the poached egg perfectly intact. This is one of my favorite items from them. Can't go wrong with their hash brown skillet either. Their Thick French Toast and pancakes are on point too if you are feeling something sweet. Awesome spot for breakfast foods. I have nothing but love for them. :)
