The Gun Club is delicious and loaded with tasty meat and cheese. It's definitely enough for 2 people imo. My family hasn't had anything they didn't love from High Caliber Kitchen.

The french fries were fresh and delicious. The texture and flavor were fresh and not from frozen. The Bull's Eye Burger - Cheese Burger with Venison was incredible. I haven't had Venison in so long and it's amazing to have a restaurant offer it as a substituted meat. The regular Bull's Eye Burger - Cheese Burger was also good.

The burger was cooked to the desired temperature , was seasoned well , and the accompanying , quality ingredients complimented the build.
The fries could use some adjustments in the preparation of them.
Either the oil isn't hot enough or they need to be blanched first.
They're floppy , lacking a crust having ever developed , and absorbing the fryer oil , rather than steaming within a 'shell' , impacts the flavor and creates discoloration.
The aforementioned won't stop me from trying out the elk patty next and giving the fries another shot.
Hope this helps. 🙌
