This is our first time trying anything other than the sushi/sashimi. We had the walnut chicken and it was very good. I'm looking forward to ordering more items.

Yama Special Fried Rice ...One of the best fried rice we've ever had!!
Spicy Garlic Chicken ....big pieces and the flavor was delicious!!Shrimp Tempura Roll .... I added cream cheese and it was exactly how I like!!Miso Soup ... the miso Soup was a good amount. bigger than other restaurants and lots of tofu and seaweed so not just a lot of broth!!!

The Crazy Mango Roll was very tasty...fresh mango! The Gyoza was "meh"...just barely average. The Shrimp Tempura Temaki was excellent...great fresh ingredients. The Ikura Temaki was inedible...the Ikura was just bad, possibly old.

Jalapeño Hamachi Roll soooooooo good the fish is super fresh. Very well made rolls. Will be ordering again

They have good sushi rolls, but the Roast Duck Ramen is inedible with the way th duck is broken down. Cross sections of bones throughout. Bad work.
