food arrived still very hot and fresh. they separate the toppings and noodles from the broth. i got rice to eat with the leftover broth and it came with twice as much rice than i expected (a whole bowl as opposed to a small takeout container) so i actually had leftover rice! the rice was perfectly cooked, no under or overcooked grains whatsoever. i highly recommend getting rice to have with leftover broth as it provided such a nice texture. i got the Classic and it was so good.
the Fried Gyoza 6 pcs had a satisfying crisp along the edges.
i feel like i should add that my nurses order silverlake as well and even my nurse that night who went down to pick up my food said that she actually preferred silverlake to a michelin star ramen restaurant that she tried.

The Blaze and Regular Crispy Chicken Kaarage were both excellent. The crispy chicken was not hot but still warm and crispy. Great flavor with the sauce. The blaze (medium spice) was the perfect level of heat, and neatly packaged so everything was fresh.

Its super good, the pork bun needed more sauce to it but omg their pork is the best ever. Best ramen I have ever had. The pork literally falls apart but in a good way its so soft and flavorful! Definitely will order again.

Incredible Garlic Truffle ramen is perfection. Divine broth bursting with umami, yet creamy and so satisfying. Noodles are thickef than average and taste fresh. Highly recommend. Don't sleep on the Creamy Broccolini. Fresh broccolini in a delicious creamy sesame sauce could by my favorite veg dish ever.

Crispy rice was delish! Wish there was more than 2 pieces but priced appropriately! Also loved that the ramen portions were not overwhelming.
