I lived in Europe and I have been to Italy zillion of times. This could not get any better with the taste and the freshness, beside I am a cook myself and I understand quality in the kitchen.
Even the staff in the phone are incredibly friendly and very helpful .
Anytime I order food I always like to take it out immediately and put it into a glass bowls to avoid the toxic that comes in packaging, but this restaurant have boxes made from baboons.
Very rare to taste, vegan food where you can actually taste the flavor of the fresh organic ingredients without all the sodium and other craving things that they usually put in cooking and other restaurants..
I could go on and on about this restaurant but I would never do it justice.. I have been vegan my entire life and I’ve always cooked at home and it’s very difficult to find high-quality vegan food, they even have options for gluten free..
Very proud of the chef and this amazing business, no wonder why all the awards and I hope to meet her one day.

One of my family's favorite restaurants and a birthday favorite for us. The Tricolore salad is amazing and also would highly recommend the pomodoro and carbonara. The chocolate cake is incredible. The owner/chef is also a nice person and I like supporting non corporate, vegan, local, woman, and chef owned businesses.

Wish pasta was bigger, was real good felt like real home cooked vegan food. Cooked with love pasta looks like little mushrooms cool spiral, nice presentation and Nice flavor!!! Fire!!! Calzone fire too go get you one can't wait to try their other one!!!

You can't go wrong with Pura Vida. Every single item on their menu is delicious. Their calzones are huge! Can definitely feed two people, even if you're hungry. We love supporting our local vegan establishments and hope PV is around for a long time!

by far my favourite vegan italian food on earth!!! even my non vegan friends love it!!! love that they make all their own cheeses and sauces , the flavour is soooo amazing. the carbonara pasta will take you on a spiritual experience, the potato wedges and the dipping sauce are heaven and i dont eat meaty processed vegan meats so i love that their meatballs are lentil based! healthy and DELICIOUS
