Haven't eaten here in years. It's always been our favorite restaurant but we don't live as close as we used to. Their Mama's Favorite Mexican Apple Pie Is what we love the most. Our Mama's Favorite Enchilada Dinner and Burr Con Queso were delicious.

This Thursday evening to order 2 of my favorite Menu items....
One being the main entree,
The "Chicken Mushroom Enchiladas"
With the white sauce over them.
Theyre unique in presentation,
Taste, and costs.
An additional bonus is in addition to Mexican Rice, they serve Frijoles
Rancheros w/ this meal item.
You cant go wrong w/ Frijoles vs black beans and/or refried beans.

The "Chicken Mushroom
Enchiladas", were new to me.
Nothing Ive ever heardof, or tried before.
But they were beyond my expectations.
They were delicious!
10/10.
So good, and original that I ordered them 2 nights in a row.
The fact that theyre served with barracho beans made it even better.
I highly suggest trying them at least once to anyone considering it.
You will NOT regret it!

I'm conflicted! The fajita meat (we had steak and chicken), chips, and rice were excellent. Not so much the guacamole, pintos, and hot sauce. Tasted off to me. Husband ate them.

All the portions tasted like they were cooked ages ago. The beef and chicken texture not good like reheated.
